Show: Upstaged Tap at Themeland Amusement Park in Stockton,
California, during 1982 U.S. tour, prompting an outburst by interim
manager Jeanine Pettibone: "I’ve told them a hundred
times: put ‘Spinal Tap’ first and ‘Puppet Show’
last." The band did get a larger dressing room than the puppets.
